We’re proud to provide a comprehensive learning and development offering, designed for consultants at every stage of their career, including experienced recruiters. This includes a monthly Learning and Development calendar, online learning resources, one to one coaching, and bespoke training on demand. We also set clear quarterly goals aligned by level and region, with regular manager check ins to support progress.
We work hard to maintain transparency around goals, performance expectations, and progression. If at any point this felt unclear, we would have encouraged you to speak with your manager or our fully supportive Learning and Development team, who are always available to provide clarity and guidance.
