Ones in a year Outward Bound training program held at Nagpur. Everything else is worst.
Cons
Countless. 1. Huge variable pay is a part of CTC. 2. Yearly Bonus - forget about it. 3. Need to produce medical certificate if sick leave more than 2 days. 4. HR acts like they are project managers and keep poking their nose. 5. Suppose if you slog for late hours today for example till 11 pm, management expects us to be on time else, be ready to be marked half a day leave. 6. Cramped working environment but tidy. 7. One lavatory to be shared among 30+ employees. 8. No holiday on Holi and Dasera.
