Benefits are the worst compared to other PBM's, fill your own prescription will cost you WAY more compare to some other pharmacy, this is ridiculous!

I will say the pay that I did earn after a few raises was decent, That's about the only good thing. I do not like the fact they take advantage of their Puerto Rican staff. My coworker was paid $12/hr to do the same job I do. Most places at least pay people more for being bilingual. Not Procare apparently. Shame on you. Especially since PR is still recovering from hurricanes. If you decide to work here I highly recommend the hospice department and only hospice (if that's still an option)

The managers are EXTREMELY disorganized and never got it together during my time there, They lack initiative, do not own up to their mistakes, will LIE and blame you for their faults (even when you catch them in their lies), aggressive, passive aggressive. Just all around a headache to work with. I put up with a lot during my time there (they shorted my check SEVERAL hundred dollars one time after doing major overtime for them). It truly felt like they didn't care about me as a person (what company ever does) all while they knew I was dealing with a loved one dying of cancer along with my own medical issues. Also be prepared to be morally bankrupt and scam old people.
