Juniors are accepted, great place to learn, it is an equal place for women and men, HR department is making an effort to provide good benefits and activities for employees and their family
Cons
High workload, which leads to high pressure with timelines, work extra hours (If you are not a lab analyst/lab technician/operator these extra hours are not paid), most of the new workers are told to be paid an inferior percentage of their salary only for 6 months but when that time is met, they are told there is no enough budget so it takes more time to earn the full salary, SOME leaders of the areas do not allow time off even if that time is compensated before or later by the employee, SOME of the positions receive constant calls and messages out of their shift/work hours.
