Worst people management, no respect and recognition, cheap politics, no career growth opportunities, There is no Culture.

The work experience is good but the organisation using AI tool that continue tracking your work and regarding the same you have to fill more then 10+ sheets per month. I think need to improve in HR policies.overall work experience is good if you ok to work in service base companies then it is ok for you. Because basically it is targeting a complete job as per person. You require great skill in SCM.

More excel sheet Using AI tool to track your work They need to improve in sheet format because it is time-consuming They support paperless HR but as personally I did not like because hardcopy in hand is more satisfying.
