Poor work environment - Anonymous employee Probity Medical Research Employee Review

Employees are underpaid by a family run business who continues to keep large amounts of money within the family. They evade corporate business taxes in the US and in South America, not too sure about Canada though. Additionally, several off shooting business from the founders of Probity instill that family members are rewarded with large amounts of money and responsibilities irregardless of their capabilities. Probity's ethics should be called into question. I would not recommend anyone to apply or work for probity as it is not worth your time. I feel sorry for the individuals that have worked there for more than 2 years. During the interview process management required a hand written cover letter. Found this to be extremely odd, out of date, and out right silly.
