Pros

- They hire anyone. - Fran is a lovely trainer and does the best she can within the clear company guidelines. - If desperate for a job or experience this place will hire you. - Free coffee vending machine

Cons

- They hire anyone - Timed bathroom breaks , or water refills - People in leadership positions who really shouldn’t be - Advertised as 2 weeks training . You spend the 2 weeks reading pdfs. Learn absolutely nothing about how to succeed in the role - Has to be the absolute worst culture I have ever seen at job in my life. Can’t blame staff for this as higher ups make the atmosphere miserable. Try to make up for this with “ Free dress Friday” and the spoil you with dominoes pizza every second Wednesday - Extremely low pay rates , no clear bonus structure either. - Expectations to read and respond to work group chats outside of working hours - Constant micromanaging
