Generally, I can say that we invest a lot of effort and communication (weekly 1-on1s, monthly employee updates, …) to be transparent what is going on in the company and keep our employees informed. We also have an “open door culture” and encourage employees to give constructive feedback and raise concerns openly.
As the person responsible for recruiting in the DACH region, I don't share your assessment "Easy to get a job in the German office as not too many people know the company”. We may not yet be as well known among candidates as google or Salesforce, but we want to hire the best talent and attach great importance to team fit, motivation and relevant professional experience during the recruitment process.
