5yFirst, we hope that you find the right company for you that meets your expectations. We also wish that you shared those expectations during your stay here. Our company provides multiple opportunities for feedback directly or anonymously.
We don't fire and hire. We strive to hire the right people and make sure that their goals and values are aligned with the company's core values and goals. Sometimes, people's expectations and goals change and that is okay. It is our duty to keep the company growing strong with the right team members that share out core values and work ethics.
We have also implemented new procedures to improve the work structure and gain ISO 9000 certification, and that requires closer adherence to detailed written procedures to ensure consistency and improve quality. Some people are not comfortable following procedures and prefer an ad hoc approach. That doesn't work for us and doesn't align with our culture. We want our people to be creative and innovative, and quality is our top priority. Mistakes are part of work. We work hard with each team member to train them and coach them to learn and do better.
The company provides competitive compensation. We also provide generous increments, and every employee's performance has their own KPI's. We never missed a salary since our inception, even during COVID-19.
