Pros

Great training programs, and a culture that is built around creatives.

Cons

Low wages with very little growth potential . Starts at about $10 an hour in training. Management has an outdated approach to sales, marketing, and people. Favoritism. Rules are not applied equally. Have swept aside reports of sexual harassment and racism. Opportunities are not equally distributed. The discipline system is not used equally. Some employees are late daily without discipline, while others are disciplined for the exact same thing.

Pros

How much you put in is how much you get out of this place. They will help you grow if you are motivated to improve. They will not just sit back and sign checks, which makes your income feel well earned. Trust goes both ways, the sales management values communication and honesty and will have your back if you can own your work.

Cons

Lack of technological infrastructure. Trust can be seen as favoritism without proper communication.
