Pros
- New office location in Bethesda is very nice - Great portfolio management team. Sr. PMs, directors, etc to learn from - Well respected ETF issuer - PM department is broken across several teams, great insight to investment vehicles (swaps, CDS, FI, domestic & international equity) - Exit opportunities are great should you seek to leave (likely will need to leave DMV area for new opportunities) - On site barista/ cafe - Good work life balance
Cons
- Compensation is below market average - Bonus structure is not great - limited growth, only way to really be promoted is if someone leaves - CEO is pretty disconnected from reality - Portfolio department is not valued as much as it should be
