Pros

-Growth opportunities are currently only limited by your ideas and hustle -Flexibility (both in flex time for the week and vacation) -Massage chairs accessible through company we share a space with :) -Super nice benefits -If you take a Sales role: manager is happy to train and assist. My coworkers (who have been in Sales much longer than myself) love that he is the furthest thing from a micromanager. The rule on the floor is "be an adult" i.e. do what you got to do to get your work done -Team lunches provided by the company 3 days/week -At stage where you can visibly see the impact you have with your performance -You work at Tower Place 100, need I say more? (The team at XL Caitlin are super great and will let you view the city from the 29th floor if you ask nicely :) )

Cons

None really and I'm not just saying that. This startup is well funded and employees have a voice due to its small size. It's a startup so if hustling, helping, etc isn't for you, probably won't be a good fit. There is no hiding in a small group. If you lack an accounting background (I did), you might feel a little stunted in how and what you contribute to the growth but both leaders of the company are happy to help and allow you time to learn. The sooner you learn QBO, watch the demos, etc, the better. It admittedly is a steeper learning curve compared to other SaaS solutions but I would argue worth it considering the growth and value in the FinTech arena of SaaS Sales.
