Pros
This is a great place to work. Everyone is incredibly uplifting and fun. It is obvious that management cares about you as an individual and wants to help you reach your fullest potential. The work environment is constantly changing with new products and clients which keeps each day feeling fresh. It is a fast paced environment, and that makes the day fly by. The compensation is generous and hard work is rewarded.
Cons
There is more than enough work to go around. Although this keeps you busy, it can be overwhelming at times.
