Managers and upper leadership actually care about what you have to say and help facilitate real change! Comp structure is one of the most lucrative opportunities I’ve ever had!! Company profit is funneled back into product development and support, not stadiums or golfers. We’re the largest payroll provider no one has ever heard of.

My only complaint which isn’t really even a complaint, is the new hire training could be a bit more robust.

Terrible pay, no consistency-be prepared to get moved from one position to another at any given time, "clique" of upper-level management excludes lower-level employees, disdainful attitude from one particular manager, promised opportunities that never come to fruition.
