-Decent office space. -Some good colleagues.

-Hired fully remote and was almost immediately told to regularly report to an office over an hour away. -Know-it-all micromanager leading the team. -A few team members who actively worked against one another to earn favor. -Unprofessional senior leaders and cross-departmental bickering. -Ridiculous daily standup reporting…in a marketing department. Cared more about items on a to-do list than actual production. -Task-oriented department with zero longterm, strategic planning. -Onboarding non-existent. -Will give lofty titles in lieu of compensation. Title does not accurately reflect what you will be doing day to day.
