Pros
It's easy to advance within the company if you can demonstrate dependability and prove to be a problem solver. It's not a corporate atmosphere where suits are breathing down your neck at every decision. It's a growing company so your input is valuable and usually considered in changes. They have a good quality products which is easy to stand behind.
Cons
Unconventional ways of doing things that there are "industry standards" for. It's not always a bad thing though, just different.
