The devices and serum are great and the treatment is effective.
Cons
Very unorganized! I completed my training and followed up with them to take the next step. It has been a month and still no response, so I am no longer wasting my time with Procell. They emphasize on teamwork, but in reality, it is not executed. Info sent for training did not reflect the video training and some info were mismatched. Communication lapse is so bad that I have to email multiple people to get an answer, and when I do hear back, it seems they don't even read your emails. The protocol info is clumped together and can be very confusing and long. I was disgusted with Procell and how they operate!
