It is very unfortunate but the favoritism, lack of standards/structure are blindly true. Having previously worked years in corporate setting I was excited to try something new, I had excelled in sales prior yet this is far from sales… it’s about low balling people who spent 6 figures on their masters and then want to pay them $40/hr in this economy. From the get go coming from sales I asked specifically what their standards are for quarterly sales/monthly expectations etc. the huge red flag was they seemed to have NONE. For example: at day 35 (INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) without a contract they will sit you down and say you have 10 days to get a contract. But for their favorite people you can get 70-OVER 100 days and still have your job. This is one of the many disturbing things that go on, not to mention the sleeping around which is just insane to me because they deem to be a “woke” company. Most will not earn their positions, people are under 25 (without a frontal lobe) managing people FOR THEIR FIRST TIME in an extremely competitive corporate setting. Good job for out of college while you work for your dream job, if you’re over 25 stay clear of this high school
