Pros
-Very welcoming environment. -Management understands you won't know everything as a collegiate-level intern, they do a great job of helping you with anything you don't understand. -Great employer to develop professional and technical skills. -Push you to always be learning. -Employer allows for flexible scheduling, which was is great for those taking classes. -They will have you perform a variety of tasks, from working with clients and their networks, to creating designs for projects. This makes every day work new and refreshing. No two days are the same. -Great employer for jump-starting your career and getting experience.
Cons
-While they provide incredible training for technicians within their first few weeks, the intern position does training slowly and over a long period, which is more of a preference thing than a con. I understand why management made this decision though.
