      Good exposure to Microsoft 365 and cloud support operations. Opportunity to work on real-time client issues and migration projects. Team members are cooperative and helpful. Suitable environment for beginners to gain practical experience.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are limited compared to larger organizations. Workload can be inconsistent and sometimes stressful. Internal processes and communication can be improved. Learning depends mostly on self-effort.
