      Wouldn't bother reading any procedures they have, they don't follow them anyway. They will happily break any rules or procedures that suits them. if your face doesn't fit they'll find a reason to get rid.

      Decent benefits, decent pay also.

      Cons

      2 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch, the rest of the day is non stop work for 11 hours of tedious, stressful work. Management pushes numbers and sets you up to fail.
