      Nice co-workers, pay is ok.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t care about us employees. Never see the plant manager, ever. I was told we have one but he is like the Wizard of Oz.

      Decent benefits, decent pay also.

      Cons

      2 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch, the rest of the day is non stop work for 11 hours of tedious, stressful work. Management pushes numbers and sets you up to fail.
