      Pros

      If you’re an hourly employee you get paid overtime after the eight hour day not after 40 hours

      Cons

      The management can never agree with each other and how to manage the plant appropriately and no one really cares whether you’re trained or if we are safe on site.

      Decent benefits, decent pay also.

      Cons

      2 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch, the rest of the day is non stop work for 11 hours of tedious, stressful work. Management pushes numbers and sets you up to fail.
