Pros
There used to be some fun company events but as the company stopped making money, the events stopped as well. Older employees so younger employees have experienced people to learn from.
Cons
Company has no stability and no direction of where they’re going. The owner runs the company from China and lets his 23 year old daughter with no business experience or knowledge basically run the company. The power is super concentrated and those with it have mainly outdated ideas and are too stubborn to be open to new suggestions. They claim that they’re growing but in reality they are struggling to break even, which is evident by having two mass layoffs in the span of two years. They pay is subpar to say the least so when they lay you off with a one day notice it’s rough since you don’t make enough to be able to actually save any money. On the plus side, loosing my job there was actually a blessing in disguise because now I make real money with a company that has actual potential. Basically, stay away unless you’re okay with making just slightly more than minimum wage and being with a company that has little to no growth potential.
