Pros

Good people, okay pay. Big dreams of being great -one day. When the mood is high life is good -though brief.

Cons

Company direction changes day to day which causes loads of uncertainty and confusion.

This review is not for Pro Motion, Inc. STL MO. Not a title we have ever had. Our company has a pay for performance culture and we pay for contributions. Unfortunately, there are other companies with similar names in the marketplace.

Pros

I'm not sure if they're still operating today, but Pro Motion! was one of the best experiential marketing companies around. Like another reviewer said, Pro Motion! makes you feel like part of the family. The owner and top brass are all down-to-Earth, good humored, and completely accessible. Working on the road on tour can be difficult at times, but the folks at Pro Motion! always made little gestures (like sending us 'thank you' cards with gift cards in them) throughout our programs to let us know that our hard work and time away from home was appreciated. From my experience, Pro Motion! also did a fantastic job of assembling strong teams that worked extraordinarily well together to meet and exceed our program goals. As such, the folks at the office trusted us and we were never micromanaged or treated like imbeciles. It was also a huge bonus that HQ was staffed with seasoned veterans instead of the inexperienced recent grads that you'll find at most other agencies. It's been some time, since I worked at Pro Motion!, but whenever a fellow brand ambassador asks me what was the best company I ever worked for was, the first one that pops into my head is Pro Motion!

Cons

The only downfall for me was that Pro Motion! paid a bit less than most other agencies.
