Unresponsive and Dishonest Coordination -Phil vdB failed to answer phone calls or respond to messages. -Chronic dishonesty; promises were rarely fulfilled. Broken Promises Regarding Salary Negotiation -Phil assured discussions with HR about salary but took no action for three weeks. -Promised salary differed significantly from the initial discussion. Poor Working Conditions -Substandard hygiene and safety at the workplace. -Irregular and unpredictable working hours. -Lack of essential training provided. Mental Health Impact -Cumulative issues led to a critical point in mental health, forcing resignation. -Phil failed to follow up after resignation notification. -Phil was present in the office but feigned ignorance during a visit for closure.
