There are no pros to this job

VERY unprofessional and uncaring staff. They never helped me with anything, including mandated reports and treated me like garbage. Don't take caregiver burnout seriously and waited 2.5 weeks to start calling coordinators for new placement. Threatend to hold my paycheck, set up a meet and greet w/o my knowledge which resulted in a no show, fired after bringing up concerns to HR.
