      Pros

      The fun and outgoing culture is what makes PrivateFly tick. It is a true family environment where everyone is friendly and close. Management takes a personal and caring approach. Furthermore, career growth and progression are part of the process and a incredible amount of responsibility is given to even very junior employees.

      Cons

      The PrivateFly proprietary software is a work in progress and can be frustrating to work with at times.

      Close to none. The compensation was awful and the culture was bullyish.

      Many cons.. Mostly the payment and hours.

      Pros

      I come from a corporate culture and i found the friendliness, family spirit amazing. The offices are a large open plan and there is a sense of true team work. The company is also on an incredible growth journey and the leadership is open to hear about new ways of working. You are given the ownership of projects and you can always count on the full leadership team guidance and support. There is a fun culture and loads of off the books perks (cinema tickets, Friday beers, pancake day and much much more). There is a lot of mentoring going on and so many innovations that there is no time to be idle!

      Cons

      Very subjective as most people love it but for me is the Ping pong table!
