+ Salary - If you interview and are selected, demand a bit higher salary than your expectations. + Few good people - A few employees are good at what they do and can guide you in what you have to do.

+ No real vision. + Sells publicaly available data as special. + Positions itself as Private Market data and intelligence company, all it does is act as a nexus between sources. + Half knowledge on domains that the management is not a part of or do not understand. + Will employee 1 in the place of 3 and increase the workload, along with aimless management and useless HR policies. + Inexperienced management. + Unrealistic expectations from the CEO and some of the top management. + NO culture except cake cutting. + Claims AI as the core of the company, run by an army of analysts. + No yearly appraisals. + No set KPIs, so doesn't matter you work well or you don't you'll get the salary you signed up for. + Salary credit on 5/6th of every month. + No skills shown or encouraged, just do grunt work like a zombie and have it be claimed as AI. + You will be hired as a manager but your decisions won't be respected or considered. + Always running on fumes, quoting no funding. + Stagnant mindset with stress on Sales department to push, even force people to become customers. + Brokers deals between investors and founders without any ethical or moral setting. + Horrible office premises - frequent breakdown of appliances and other infrastructure. + Favoritism.
