Customer Support/Operations - Operations Prius Healthcare Employee Review

I worked at Prius for almost 3 years and it was my pathway into the Biomedical field. The management team was awesome !! they gave quaterly bonuses to everyone, part time and full time. I worked directly with some of their customers and also had a chance to work with TUV and Intertek on a curcuit that I designed for them . I learned so much while working there, and I truly miss being there. I felt like I was part of the family.

There are not many. the pay was low because of the size of the company and the type of work. I cant think of anythng else.

Some of the managers were nice folks, received bonuses quarterly. Company lunches, flexible hours for the most part.

Wages were a bit low, manager I worked for was quite deaf to proposals, solutions. Played favorites. It was supposed to provide service for healthcare clients, yet parts were always horribly in short supply with the result being we were always gutting old machines for replacement parts.
