Absolutely terrible - Administrator Prison Reform Trust Employee Review

Cover up senior management bullying the team. Paying themselves huge salaries and doing minimal work. Misuse of lottery funding given for work with long term prisoners and their families. Nothing accomplished by them in 4 years, failing the prisoners. Misleading funders and people who donate money and even their properties when they pass away. Employment of ex offenders as a front, a way to gain funding and grants. Many project manager work hours funded by lottery are spent on other interests and doing other work. A toxic environment, making very little difference for people in prison writing endless reports that nobody really sees that have no impact and that make no positive improvements in prisons
