Pros

- Customer success team is a great group of folks to work with - Other teams are willing to help with anything and build you up - Offsites multiple times a year to meet your coworkers - Management and leadership are very transparent and treat culture and growth importantly - Completely remote + looking for ways to connect each other remotely! - Get to be a part of building and growing the company - Big focus on filling in gaps in knowledge and processes internally - Small, focused team that gets stuff done - Regular focus on goals every quarter - Leadership transparency - Focus on scalability of company and culture as we grow If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment in small teams and enjoy being able to help shape and grow the company and work with exciting tech, this is the place for you!

Cons

- Learning the new tech can be a little intimidating as the learning curve can be a bit big for some folks - If you're used to bigger companies, the pace can be very fast paced - No company onboarding currently - No "traditional" tech benefits (WFH stipends, gym stipends, company lunches, etc.) - Small team I don't find these cons to be burdensome, but be aware that as a smaller company, there are some tradeoffs to be aware of. As a growing company, however, there is a lot of room for growth that is recognized and actively being worked on, so 6 months to a year from now, things will likely look a lot different!

Pros

As with many startups, you can find yourself with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. People make space for subject matter experts to come in and run things the way they want. There's not a lot of bureaucracy or layers of approvals. The leadership team is made up of very smart, level-headed people. The HR team does a great job for a startup: for example, competitive pay and benefits, many team building events, 2x annual offsites, etc.

Cons

As with many startups, goals and initiatives change regularly and there's a decently-high turnover rate on some teams. The company is still quite small and some teams are understaffed while the company ramps up, so you may have to do a lot of grunt work.
