PWC is a GREAT company to work for! The environment is so supportive. Coming from a corporate environment this feels like heaven. Benefits are UNBELIEVABLE! You can tell the management and owners care about the employee. No micromanagement, we are trusted to do our job!
Cons
You have to work a really long time to get more than 2 weeks vacation. Time off is the only benefit that they are below average on.
