Pros
PPM has amazing office culture, benefits, and people, mostly. Every Monday (if not more days) we would be served lunch. I worked a hybrid schedule, coming in the morning shift and leaving by noon to work the rest of the day at home. They truly live a work hard, play harder lifestyle. Everyone is kind and super knowledgable in their field; it was culture shock. Benefits are top-tier.
Cons
I was given the "this is a business decision" speech before being let go. I wasn't let go because I didn't do my job, I was let go because there was never any work for me as my supervisor hogged all the work, not delegating anything to me outside of being his errand boy, delivering/picking up branded apparel, for a year and a half. Any work I did do was never used, and what was used I never received credit for, as said supervisor would request my files, then spin it as his work. And instead of delegating tasks, unloading himself from his swamped workload, I was given the boot.
