Pros

Accessible, competent IT. Nothing else.

Cons

Non-inclusive, disrespectful, unethical, cutthroat, backstabby behavior, abusive management. Check. Plus, this boys club is not a safe environment for women, especially women of color. The closers have all the power, so hard work means nothing since they control the leads. So there’s no incentive to respect or help openers since there is no accountability if the closers drop the ball. They even botch deals intentionally hoping the opener gets fired so they don’t have to split the commission. Even if they’ve had no contact with the client, closers are also grandfathered into leads, which means the commission splits can be hilariously small anyway.

Pros

A major advantage of working at Priority Gold is the chance to be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values precision and excellence. The company’s multiple owners foster a pro-employee culture and strive to maintain a positive, harmonious relationship, creating an exceptional workplace atmosphere. Employees enjoy perks such as occasional free lunches, a fully stocked drink fridge, snacks, and options for breakfast and lunch. The 2024 Holiday Gala exemplified their commitment to inclusivity and appreciation, with all out-of-state remote employees and contractors flown in to participate in the celebration.

Cons

We are a growing organization that is going through the normal growing pains any organization would go through.

Pros

Good managers, amazing opportunities for upward mobility if you're willing to earn it. Good benefits.

Cons

Not amazing training. Like most sales jobs, they will hold you to performance metrics that don't matter unless you're making money, so a lot of it is figuring out how to navigate the nuances of the gold industry on your own, nobody will volunteer to teach you the high level stuff.
