Managers blame others for their own failings. Managers do not engage with employees in a positive way, managers engage in micromanagement, manages with fear and not fairness, complacent about toxic team members, does not live up to workplace values, toxic work environment, ineffective management, inconsiderate and shames employees instead of providing positive encouragement and direction, unrealistic and demanding, does not advocate for employees, and plays favorites.
