Pros

Nice colleagues, interesting projects, friendly atmosphere and good location in central London

Cons

In late 2024, the company announced it was facing severe project difficulties, leading to mass layoffs. By early 2025, around 30% of the staff had been let go. The stated reasons included clients failing to pay for completed work, project contracts not being renewed, and delays in project starts. However, these issues were well known to the owners and management long before the layoffs, yet little to no proactive steps were taken to secure the company’s long-term stability. Instead of addressing financial risks early on, leadership allowed the situation to escalate to the point where mass layoffs became the only solution. This lack of foresight and planning resulted in significant job losses and uncertainty for employees. As a result, the once-positive work culture has been severely compromised, eroding any trust current employees may have had in management’s ability to grow and protect the company.
