+ Unusual visual tasks for the product catalog (thumbnails, mockups) + Good working space in the Riga office, including gym, physio, massage and free lunch + Very friendly colleagues that will help you in any moment + You can work from home or office + Decent salary, but it can be bigger
Cons
- Very hard to work remote when it comes to analyzing the physical product or recreating it in 3D - There are no career opportunities for 2D/3D designer unless if you're willing to leave the design field and do a LOT of communication. - Every 3–6 months the company changes the direction, vision and trying to push the niche which fails 50/50 - After merger with "Printful", I and most ex-employees had a mixed feeling. At the end, for the most ex-employees, the work and communication became harder, and everyone is burning-out. - Also, after the merger 3D/2D designers should receive more product tasks, but the group of people didn't manage to prepare all the information for MONTHS. So 3D designer need to do some 2D design work which they don't like to do.
