As well as our internal surveys, our Employee Committee meets regularly with senior management to address how we can deliver a world-class working experience to our people. As a direct result of that, we’ve introduced a number of initiatives, these include additional health days, a celebration day, and improvements to our learning budget and system. We’re working on providing better mental health assistance, and a number of other team-led programs. We appreciate that Prinitfy is a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The world economy has changed dramatically for everyone in the last 12 months, and we as a business owe it to our team and our customers to adapt to those changes. Strategy updates happen every month at our all-hands meetings and are developed in close cooperation with our research team.
