Machines are a must! You have to know them!

Dont let anyone try and tell you they know it, let them demonastrate it.

There are no pros. Management isn’t good. HR is a joke. You don’t receive benifits until after a year. Favoritism and Harassment is big in this factory. The owner doesn’t care how his employees are treated. The hours change every 24 hours. Saturdays are supposed to be mandatory but the ones who show up never get reprimanded. If you get into a dispute with one manager the bothers don’t like you and try to get you fired.

there should be no HR. They do no take their job seriously. No OSHA signs. Management made it impossible to meet the union. The warehouse is dusty and dirty. Managers have left for the day because employees made them cry.
