Pros

In a small business, you'll likely wear multiple hats with sales, service, customer support, which keeps the workday interesting and helps build a diverse skill set. Regular interaction with local businesses and walk-in customers can create a sense of community and build lasting professional relationships. And working in a tight-knit team often means more direct communication, less red tape, and a more personal work environment.

Cons

Fewer layers of management, which can make it hard to climb the career ladder.

Pros

Good work schedule Awesome pto plan Super supportive management

Cons

Monthly commission is capped at a percentage of your goal. No way to increase the percentage you get each month. No quick ways to make up for a slow month.

Pros

Company is stable financially and has been family owned and operated for more than 50 years.

Cons

Way to many to list. For starters, as a technology company, Print-0-Stat uses some of the most outdated equipment and technology still available. Customer invoices are printed on dot matrix. Product computers still have Windows XP. 12 different retail locations yet none of them "talk" to one another. Multiple databases being used for customer management without any coordination or validation of data. Company has an "hourly" mentality even for those who are salaried. Work hours are strict - 8am to 5pm. No flex time or ability to come in early to leave early, etc. No personal time, only sick and vacation. When 3 feet of snow falls and the state declares a snow emergency, you either get to the office or take a vacation day. Nepotism runs rampant and there's the "good old boys club". People who are literally dead weight to the organization and contribute nothing get promoted. Management (all family members) will not take advice form anyone outside the company and feel the way they have done business for the past 50 years will continue indefinitely. Retail locations are run down and dated. Several retail locations are in higher crime areas and there are no security cameras or other crime prevention measures.
