      Pros

      Peaks and troughs in production mean people pull together at times of high stress. Also good work does seem to be rewarded with career progression.

      Cons

      Distant group management in Germany gives impression they sometimes don't understand how to motivate a UK workforce. Staff canteen is pretty dire.

      Good wage and sick pay

      Cons

      Extremely poor management with little or no clue long week 4x12 hour shifts 2 days 2 nights. Lots of poor staff and very little interest when raising issues regarding problems
