Pros
Amazing little company, great culture, great work environment. I was well supported by superiors in my work. Reasonable deadlines and expectations.
Cons
It was a startup, so there was a small lack of infrastructure in terms of HR, IT, etc. These are to be expected for a startup, so they are not really negatives.
