Pros

Location gives nice views. Coffee is provided.

Cons

This company apparently doesn’t know how to manage their money. In the time I was there, many large lay offs happened, and the last included myself. Yet you’ll see postings just weeks after about how they are re-filling those positions. At a high level, this company has no problem sending their entire leadership team on a long vacation to exotic islands for being in the “presidents club,” but can’t even pay their lower level employees the alarmingly low salaries they offer. They prey on younger people, especially those straight out of college, and put them in positions with little pay, extreme micromanagement, authoritative leaders, and extremely low glass ceilings. All in all, I was a number, not a person. My opinion didn’t matter. Even if it would’ve benefitted the company. There is a substantial amount of favoritism, no room for growth, and almost all lower level employees are underpaid. Free (bitter) coffee in the break room just doesn’t make up for all of that.

Pros

It was work from home when I was employed, not sure if its the same now

Cons

The recruiting department is absolutely awful to work in and has the worst Director level leadership I have ever experienced by far. If you want to be condescended to and micro-managed by a passive aggressive corporate ghoul, this is the team for you! It was no secret that staff and lower management alike cant stand to work with the Director level leadership of recruiting so you dont just have to take my word. The CEO made some insanely stupid business decisions and his employees paid for it dearly. Employees stayed to keep his sinking ship afloat through a year of business failure hell, including each paycheck coming WEEKS late for the entire year. We were rewarded for that loyalty with layoffs so he could keep as many pennies as possible after his extremely poor business choices. This company proved in a big way that they dont care about the people that keep their pockets lined, and will discard you without a second thought after you've worked to the bone. This company doesnt deserve you, I assure you that.
