Good Benefits and much of the staff is pleasant.
Cons
Managers are not consistent and there is lots of favoritism. Upper management does not care about staff only themselves Lots of turnover due to unfair policies Lower than average salaries and raises Overloaded department managers and grossly understaffed No work/life balance
