Starting wage higher than most, learn a lot like cashier, merchandising, organizing, phone calls etc.
Cons
Unaccommodating of school requirements, rude managers, poor acknowledgement system. Use the good employees and get along (giggle and gossip) with the ones that don’t do anything.
