      Nice team, good mission, easy work

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility when negotiating salary or benefits. They have moved from 30 days probation in the office work to 90 days, and went from 3 WFH days to 1. Morale is super low and there seems to not be real understanding of the impact to staff from leadership.

      Dedicated, friendly colleagues Decent benefits and pay

      Cons

      Lack of support from senior county leaders makes doing basic business almost impossible, incompetent county senior leadership who are also bullies, cronyism and corruption and fraud/waste/abuse that trickle down from the county executive, little work schedule flexibility
