Pros
They pay you....some smart people depending on what department you are in. RC and lab teams are good teams to work for/with, the rest on the Cott corporate side are suspect.
Cons
Working at Cott feels like being on a season of Survivor. Honest people will be taken advantage of by those trying to gain a leg up. Some smart people but overall there is a lack of trust and honesty.
