A lot of challenges , really interesting and talented people , opportunities to growth internally , the company is changing and every employee can be a part of this change . The salary is good and the management really respect all the employees ( with an exception of one person that fortunately quit recently )

The company is successfully in the market since more than 30 years , it is improving a lot ( in a good way ) with the second generation of the management , but every change is hard , so they could improve the internal communication , the have to invest more in the HR part and they could create more clear processes

-Good place to learn and grow -Very smart and friendly colleagues and managers. You learn a lot from them. -The company is very customer driven and that might put some pressure on employees specially during release period. However, I think this is an opportunity to learn how to deal with stressful situation and keeping customers happy.

- Compensation package is not competitive. -Some big technical debt in product. Mainly due to lack of proper decision making. -Old style approach in management and technical decision making
