Please don't join this company ever. Not even worth of zero star. - Junior Software Engineer Primeleaf Employee Review

Not a single pro to write here.

Tons of cons: 1. Worst management and infrastructure ever. 2. Using oldest technologies i.e. JSP and Servlets and no scope at all for improvement. 3. Owner is biggest concern here, treating employees like slaves. Using bad words daily to employees. He treat himself like a owner of multi billion dollar organization and invented out of world technology. 4. Getting job by quitting this organization is also big challenge because no one will entertain you as you don't have experience on latest technologies. 5. Never give offer letter, confirmation letter, experience letter on time, you need to go to owner daily and finally if he gives you it is with lots of deliberate mistakes and for change again he will ask to come next week. 6. 90% of work is support only by taking remote access of clients to solve very basic issues. 7. Very very bad experience not only to me but for everyone here who are working and those who left organization. 8. Generally hires fresher from SEED Infotech, I think SEED Infotech should blacklist such cheap organization. 9. Not a level of giving 1 star also on Glassdoor. 10. Final advice to job seekers: There are ample of organizations and opportunities outside but never ever join this organization other wise your career will really get suffer.

As mentioned in all other reviews there are no pros

I recently read an ad which stated 10k salary for house keeping staff and I remembered my first job that was with Primeleaf Consulting Private Limited. I joined Primeleaf thorough SEED Infotech as a Software Developer Trainee at a salary of 6K per month. Today I think was it worth it. One might say it gives an experience but I was part of this organisation and I can guarantee you this experience is not enough. As the technologies used for development are just Jsp Servlets, no versioning tool used, nothing like Junit is used for unit testing so you have no learning curve if you rely on organisation. If you are thinking to join and work for 1 year just to be called as experienced I will suggest don't go for this organisation. All other cons mentioned in other reviews are true. Just to add to those cons is that the owner defame and badmouth you even after you leave the organisation, stating to the new employees that you were the most inefficient idiot. So working there and giving your best performance at job won't do you any good.
